I built Gexpense to keep track of my own expenses and receipts for Australian tax time.
A simpler receipt routine
Gexpense is for freelancers and small business owners who want to keep working in Google Drive and Sheets. Add a receipt photo or PDF, review the suggested details, then save the expense to your connected Google Sheet with its original file in Drive.
Every suggestion stays editable before saving. You can also enter an expense manually, use a free spreadsheet template, or download a CSV from the public converter without creating an account.
Your records, in your Google account
Saved receipt files live in the Google Drive folder you connect, and expense details live in your connected Google Sheet. You control who can open those files and share them through Google Workspace.
Receipt scanning temporarily processes your files to suggest values. The public CSV converter does not save them to Drive, Sheets or a Gexpense workspace. Our Privacy Policy explains account data, scanning providers and your choices.
